The Coach's Casebook is a great primer and overview of effective coaching. Whether you're a professional considering exploring a coaching career or you're a person considering engaging a coach ,there are good tools here for you. I especially appreciated the attention paid to the concept of how healthier and more resourced coaches bring a better balanced approach to their clients. Additionally the clarity between coaching and consulting is valuable for all.

Readers can explore the topic of their choice or can read the book from cover to cover. Either way this is a valuable resource. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an advance copy of The Coach's Casebook in exchange for an honest opinion. It is available now.

The arc digital form was a little hard to follow so I look forward to seeing the final print version. I throughly enjoyed this book, I find it will useful for my yoga & healing coaching classes, but this book could help anyone in a coaching role.

The book as a lot of information which is good on one side, in the other side it is a bit too much theoretical and academic for a casual business book. Each chapter has different authors contributing to the overall content flow. Some chapters have dialogue samples however some are more theory based. The idea of the book to reflect coaching aspects is good though.
