an excellent starting point for readers new to feminist theory. The book presents a balanced and accessible overview of key feminist arguments while situating them within broader legal discourse. Barnett’s analysis is clearly structured, and the arguments are carefully developed, making complex theoretical positions understandable without oversimplifying them.
