Floating Text

'Floating Text' is a poem about creative struggle. The narrator finds his way out of writer's block, by writing with the openness of a window. With humor, he explores how realities intrude into one's world, hindering creation. In opposition to stagnancy, he writes freely, letting playful lines like, "possibilities are so limitless" tumble out and propel the poem.
