This book collects the sports essays written by Tom Foreman and records the dribs and drabs of the author running with his daughter, thus full of affection and motivational color. At the time, Foreman was more than 50 years old; he was a half-hearted couch potato and thought life was under his control. One day, his 18-year-old daughter asked ""how would you feel about running a marathon with me?"" The words made him terrifying. He was approaching 51 years old and he never thought he would participate in a marathon in the rest of life. In order not to let his daughter down, or let himself down, Foreman reluctantly agreed, thus the marathon training full of laughingstocks and problems started.
