This is by far the best book I have read for those affected by someone struggling with addiction. I didn't realize when I purchased it that it was the same Jeff from the A&E show Intervention! Jeff explains addiction in a very straightforward manner and also speaks to the actions of those who love them. He offers hope and help - just as the title says - to both the addicted and friends/family. My copy is so highlighted and marked up that I can barely see the words anymore!
