Another wonderful book published by The Experiment. The simple design and short chapters make it easy to find info that helps with many types of anxiety. I especially loved included quotes such as this one from poet Kahlil Gibran: "Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it." A terrific resource for anyone suffering from anxiety!

Picked this one up as a coffee table knick knack, and I’m forcing my roommates to read it, non-fiction, with two clear sections, identify and treat. Easily written easily digestible, and puts a lot of concepts that may be implicitly understood into words. Glad to have it in my apartment, easy nonfiction to jump into.

I'm off work currently with anxiety (I think) and I've some massive decisions to make and I may have to walk away from a tough job that I've managed to survive in for 28 years. I wanted a little, concise book that would give me a quick insight into anxiety and more importantly, coping strategies to manage the way I currently feel. This short book fits that bill perfectly. Anxiety is a dreadful thing and hits people in a multitude of different ways but I'm lucky 52 yr old boy as I've a circle of loved ones and friends who are being fantastic towards me. A very inciteful book....thank-you
