The famous Australian Soprano Janice Chapman's book of exercises and writings on the human voice, addresses well common vocal problems in uncommon situations.

I read this book as part of getting back into singing after a hiatus and found it very helpful, particularly for identifying and correcting problems in the voice. The writing is clear, specific, and detailed without being prohibitively technical for readers without prior vocal training. I found the physiological explanations of why certain exercises should be applied in certain contexts especially interesting.
