Just skimmed it. Seemed really insightful at first but I diddle have the time to read it thoroughly and as i saw the step by step instructions on different meditations I lost interest in wanting to act it out. It wasn’t for me. I did find a few pages to be personally noteworthy so I don’t regret picking up this book.

Mindfulness is scientifically proven to reduce stress. If you think you can't practice mindfulness because you are too busy, this is a great book for you. It is chock full of short little exercises that you can do while you are walking from your desk to the bathroom, or from the kitchen to your bedroom. Great stuff!

This is not a book to flip through and try to pick out exercises. David Harp builds from very basic to more complex exercises. I find myself now counting steps and breaths while working. Really helps you to just center and let go for moments at a time.

Not gonna lie, I only skimmed/read summaries of the last few chapters. I don't think this book was for me, although it did have valuable content.

This was not really helpful for me - I think that it more trial and error exercise and just did not sync with my brain
