Just in time for swimsuit season, Busting Out offers a revolutionary, all-natural program to enhance the breasts. No matter what the cup size (be it double-A or double-D) or shape (post-pregnancy or pre-bikini), this handy guide puts readers on the fast track to a beautiful bustlinewithout surgery. Internationally renowned fitness educator Shirley Archer outlines easy exercises to lift and strengthen chest muscles and tone the arms and back. Best of all, Hollywood stylists reveal tricks of the trade, showing how easy it is to work with what you've got.
There is a lot to love about this book. It is full of permission to love our breasts just as they are and care for them and strengthen our neck, shoulder, and back muscles. There are A LOT of exercises and stretches in this book. They are well-thought, and the illustrations are very cute.
Five stars for idea. But it loses a star (or maybe even two) for execution of the idea.
Here's my problem with the book: The bulk of the book is description of these stretches and exercises. And it's a cute little pink book that certainly won't lay open by itself. This makes it quite impractical for the contents. I wish instead it had come with either, A) a CD that guided the listener through the stretches and exercises, or B) a DVD that showed how to do the stretches and exercises. It would really make it much, much more usable.
Fantastic read! The excersizes actually work. I'm big busted (44G) and I've noticed a difference in just a few days. My neck and back don't ache as much and my posture is greatly improved.
