I AM a fan of baseball, particularly OLD SCHOOL! So, I found this Baseball Legend series very interesting with the first two players I've read about. Dizzy Dean was a controversial talkative fellow and said something to the effect "it's not bragging if you are able to do what you are boasting about".
A couple highlights IMO...Dean in one of first outings strikes out 3 All Stars on 9 pitches! And like Honus Wagner, refuses to endorse tobacco products due to the example it might set for young kids.
I look forward to more of this series.
