Veronica Blume is a recently divorced 29-year-old woman who's down on her luck. She has a meaningless job and no real friends to turn to. After hiring a private investigator, she feels even more threatened when he warns her to be on guard and to trust no one, not even her dear sister. Once again, it seems Veronica Blume is all alone.
