Great adventure and characterization!
This book is a good mixture of adventure and romance. I love the dialect and the relatability of the characters. The bad guys are really bad, but it's not so stressful to keep me from sleeping at night.

It keeps you connected and invested with anticipation! I know I will be a lifelong reader of hers and can't wait for the next in the series. The story was dramatic, touching, romantic, tragic, and full of surprises.

Loved this book. Right from the beginning, it's intense! Danger and romance filled. Definitely a page turner. I enjoyed the ending and really look forward to reading the next one!
