Learning the Ropes

Some women take readily to the rope, to being bound for sex and all enjoy it. Can they be aware though of the stages they have to go through, what they have to do and to what humiliation and submission they have to endure in order to please and to climb the status ladder? Doubtful but then again, they volunteered and they wanted to get there.
