Very interesting thought provoking topics..
I would call it a secular book covering beliefs of various religions bringing to the point the best of thoughts held by each of them.
The message on motherhood, love, meditation and life are sure to instill positive vibes in our mind.
On the whole a wholesome book to escape into some relaxation and reflect on our way of life...!
