Loved this book - super informational and well-written. Love even more that it was written by two women in a predominantly male industry! Very impressed with the authors.

However, I would recommend getting a physical copy vs listening on Audible. Some chapters were more technical with financing/numbers than I was anticipating and it was difficult to keep up at times.

Lots of inspiring stories and case studies. Very detail step by step on what to do.

Really liked the book! Did a great job going through the process. The only thing that was missing for me was recommended shopping lists or examples for furnishing STR's & MTR's (mostly sheets & duvets because that had been my biggest pain point). Maybe also an estimated cost of furnishing specific rooms and lists of what they include in each room.

Other than that it got my brain thinking about where I would want to own and forcing myself to try everything long distance and make sure I delegate the work out.
