horrible. it is written in a conversational style where the writer adresses his daughter introducing her to the world of economy. in theory i like that concept, however, the author does not leave one iota for the young person reader to judge for themselves. he is very clear as to what is the best model and how the state should act (preferably hardly at all by the way because that would hinder the great just concept of the market regulating itself and making it thus fair for everyone as has worked so wonderfully well in the 19th century...) and he pursues this opinion relentlessly. while i again in general have no problem with that for adults as most of them can recognise the author's agenda and draw their own conclusions; i think young people should not be inculcated like that. also, i don't know if it has been updated now but my edition still features DM and not Euro.
this could have been a good book if it had been less judgmental.

Verschwendete Zeit.
