This was an indulgent re-read for me as I used to get this book out from the library frequently from when I was about 10 years old. I found a copy online and just had to read it again. I found that some of the sentences I could finish in my head before actually reading them as they were so familiar to me. Although of course this is aimed for young readers I still loved the story this time round and am glad to have re-found it.
