I took this out from the library and will be purchasing my own copy. I found this to be a very informative little book, with the extra bonus of being extremely approachable- it's hard to slog through more complex resources when you're really in the thick of it. I did feel like it leaned a bit more towards being reassuring than proactive, but that's not necessarily a bad thing- I needed that.
