Some really cool stuff in here like an article about the film "la ciudad", a translation of a speech by Shankar Guha Niyogi and an article about Zapatismo in Canada. But the bulk of it is a bunch of activists reacting to the first 'encuentro' and since that was over 10 years ago, it's gotten a little stale. The Zapatistas aren't stale, but more traditionally minded activists figuring out what the Zapatistas mean for them ... what I mean is, ten years later it seems more obvious than it did for these guys. I mean some of these essays are pre-battle of seattle. overall very cool.
