A very generic explanation on how different generations at a work place can co-exist, flourish and avoid potential conflicts.
Frankly there was nothing new to learn as a concept. In simple words if people have empathy, all these differences can be overcome.
Only bit that sort of struck a thought was about ageism being ignored when companies talk about diversity. Maybe a point to ponder as a leader.

This book is good food for thought, in that it provides a basic introduction to some of the challenges with a workforce that has a wide range of ages. It provides many examples of challenges at different ages and examples of solutions that companies have tried. I just wish the solutions were a bit more broad-ranging evidence to accompany the solutions.
