A series of essays on creativity ranging from how to stimulate it to how to motivate teams. I found the majority to be pretty common knowledge (ex: exercise, meditation and sleep helps stimulate creativity. Organizations tend to squash creativity etc.)

It was also surprisingly boring to read. I’ve been using it as a sleep aid at night.
