Very repetitive and uninformative. Felt like when I read a kid's book about magic that said how amazing and wonderous it was and all the things you could do with it, but then listed maybe one or two 'spells' or 'concoctions' in the entire thing. Not what I thought it would be when I picked it up. I was wanting more description on various poses and what one should and shouldn't feel when doing the pose.

You know what I liked best about this book? At the end were pictures of real people you'd find in a real class, of varying skills and body shapes and ages and ethnicities, and they were doing the asanas in the way the worked for them. This is a great book for beginners. We're all beginners.
