Essential for understanding the Guru principal. Unfortunately, Baba himself seemed to have violated the trust of the guru/disciple relationship.

Swami Muktananda never fails to inspire anyone who requires encouragement in doing his sadhana. His anecdotes, suitable references to and appropriate quotations from the scriptures make his points very cogent. This is a book that one should read to acquire more information on the importance of guru-disciple relationship, who/what is (a) guru, who is deemed a false guru and insincere disciple, and what sadhana and satsang can do to one.
