The Silent Arrow

Rate this book
Dyami and Agoshi are brother and sister in a time when the world was changing all around them. European settlers are arriving daily. They have heard about the atrocities over the years– whole tribes being captured and brought to a foreign land to be sold as slaves and worse, much worse.

The Quidnick tribe and, in particular, Chief Tala, have made friends with the white man. He tells his tribe that they are now friends and they want to live peacefully on our land. He argues that the Great Spirit has provided for all men and it isn’t right to keep it all for ourselves. But is it the wisdom of the Chief talking or is it the brown water that they are supplying him with?

The rocky shores of Rhode Island are the backdrop for this compelling tale of what might have been.

Get to know Dyami as he tries to find himself as he comes to accept who he is and who he is to become. Thank you for opening your mind to the world I created.
