I came across this book during my trip to local bookstore last week and felt intrigued by the back cover pitch. I have some poor experiences with books whose authors use swearwords in the title as it tends to feel as if they unconsciously aim to compensate for something. Definitely do not expect a leadership classic here, but at least the author seems to know and refer to other good books ("Creativity Inc" on Pixar, Jack Welch, Kaizen... ). Albeit not academic and slightly jumping around I did like his approach on preconditions on effective and sustainable change in organizations, especially the part about organizational culture (improvement starts by removing those who work against/undermine the core cultural vales, low performers come after that).
