9 times out of 10 it’s hard for me to give a book 1 full rating as there are at times so many components that goes into a book. This is a prefect example for me.
So, I like the story and the suspense of it. Watching this unfolds it got my attention. This is the 4 stars for me. However, Massimo’s and Madison’s relationship, it was so fast and too easy for this story. I love them, and how possessive and obsessive Massimo became over Madison, but I thought their relationship and interaction would be more intense and this is what brought my enjoyment to 3 stars.
Overall, a likable read. I also have to note that although they did crimes and mafia things, it wasn’t that dark for me.
***I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the books you read. I know we all have different opinions and preferences with what we read and hope this review was helpful.

I absolutely LOVED this book! Touch her and d—! I love the overprotective MMC and the love he has for the MFC! I HAVE to read the other characters stories ASAP! I would HIGHLY recommend this book!

This isn't as dark as you expect but I liked it because it had a nice balance. There is an insta-love aspect with Massimo and what he feels for Madison as it was immediate. It was easy despite everything else happening around them. It's a great start to this series and I can't wait to read more though.

Definitely a must read! This book had me hooked by the first chapter! The alpha male dynamic is whew!!! There’s enough drama to offset the steam! This is definitely a series to read!

Madison was in her last year of college and working hard to get her degree . When she forced to make a decision . She needs to find a good paying job and get out of the dump she is living in . When the perfect job is dropped in her lap and when she walked into Discoteca she wasn't prepared to be swept off her feet by a foul mouthed sexy Italian club owner . Who has a secret that might tear them apart . Will she be able to handle his secret and will they be able to survive the people that want to hurt them and will they be able to handle the family.
Ok what do you say about a foul mouthed sexy Italian . Who in one moment can melt your panties and in the next second take a life . You call him Massimo and he is the head of the Anastasi holdings in Vegas and is being groomed to head the family . He is sexy and oh so alpha but he can do soft when he needs to. Madison well she is sweet and honestly kind of naive about some things . She does harbor some secrets and we do see her grow and become a very strong woman . We also get to meet Massimo's brothers who we get to see the glimpses into their lives .
I sat down and started reading this book in an evening . This is the first book I have read from this author and liked what I was reading . The story moved fast and the characters are well written . I enjoyed the action and the attraction between the lead characters but I also felt like the whole insta love , virgin story line has been over done so much . I would of loved to see more push back between the main characters . I just felt that kind a felt flat. Oh don't get me wrong I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to see where the author takes the characters through out the brother's stories . I enjoyed this book and if you want a sexy fun book check it out .

Mafia, Fast-Paced, & Spice! — What more could you want?
This book starts with Massimo needing new workers at his club. Madison who is struggling on her own and is getting notices about her rent is trying to find a job immediately. What happens when Massimo sees Madison for the first time, and it’s immediate attraction and want?
Massimo the consent king, took my heart with him. I loved when he wouldn’t do anything without permission. Sometimes even asking twice before going through with it. The way he talked to Madison when she moved in, *chefs kiss*. He had me over here snapping my fingers hoping he would appear.
I have noticed that the majority of the books I read and love have a reoccurring theme. The main female character has had a rough upbringing and even present. Madison is independent and has been since her parents both died. She immediately wants to finish college and be something. She is feisty, strong, and very passionate about things. You see her grow over the pages. The way she interacts and becomes one with his family was amazing.
I thought this book was very satisfying and fast-paced. I loved the characters and I loved the plot. The spice was magnificent. I recommend reading this book. I do plan on jumping into the next one. Something tells me I’m going to love the next one even more.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with!

Massimo has really large shoulders has he has to carry the Discoteca family well at least until his father returns from Italy but the roads these two will travel will either lead them closer to one another or apart is there happiness in the stars for these two and hopefully the other brothers will get their own story.

Suspenseful Love
Massimo, at 28, is the eldest brother of six siblings and son of Giacomo Anastasi, Don of one of the longest running crime families in Vegas. Massimo oversees their family's nightclub, Discoteca.
If he doesn't as to take over as head of the family, he would need a queen at his side who could accept his way of life.
Madison, suddenly unemployed and almost homeless at the age of 20, had been a foster child since her mother had been killed during a home invasion when she was 9 years of age and her father killed during a drunk driving accident he caused when she was 10. Desperate to find a job to help pay for her to graduate early and attain her bachelor's in business, she interviews for one at Discoteca.
Incidents keep occuring to each of them that continued to push them together into a steamy, insta-love, mafia romance storyline and thicken the plot further. Lots of suspense and twists.
I enjoyed how this set up all the characters of his family for their own storyline. Gave the right amount of depth and "want" to read more. Can essentially be read as a standalone, but book one ended with a whirlwind shocker that leads into book two. It's a must read!

This story was captivating, suspense, love and family. I just finished reading this story and I really enjoy it. Massimo is ruthless. He is handsome, rich, smart and focus. He is next in line to become the Don of the family. In the mist of chaos he find his soulmate. Massimo is in control and respected by everyone. Madison is brave. She is smart, sweet, beautiful and vulnerable. She is out of job and almost her apartment when she gets a job referral. Madison is attractive to Massimo immediately at their first meeting. She is young but been through alot and makes the most of her life. Their chemistry is explosion and mixed in danger it with intensify. The writing was great and easy to follow along. This book does end in a cliffhanger as the Anastasi Family Syndicate story but almost an ending of the romance side. Awesome work Dori Pulitano!

This book was an exceptional read.
Massimo is a super intense alpha male and Madison is a fiery, passionate female. Together both Massimo and Madison make quite the pair, soulmates. Massimo has a lot of family, Madison has none. Massimo's nonna has always said when you meet your soulmate you just know. Well when Massimo met Madison there were immediate sparks. This was a great read, I absolutely loved the ending. Cannot wait for the rest of the siblings to find their soulmates.

She obtains her job at Discotera which is run by Massimo. He is immediately attracted her her but each character harbors a secret. This book has well developed characters and an edgy plot with secrets, action, danger, and steamy chemistry.

First read by this author and I really like Massimo and Madison’s story. Hey when the love lightning bolt hits – you know she is the one. Massimo knew the moment that he met Madison, she was his. Madison on the other hand took a little bit longer.
As per a mafia read – there is danger, enemies and crimes being committed. Can Madison handle the life Massimo has been groomed to take over? Can Massimo handle Madison walking away?
Fast passed, good plot, good characters and well written – just my thoughts. Not as dark as I thought it would be, but I enjoyed it overall.

Madison has had a tough life and now she needs a new job and goes to the club and she meets Massimo who is next in line to be the don of the Las Vegas crime family. Their relationship is written wonderfully. I thought it was well written and the characters were wonderful. This is a great story and cannot wait for book two.

I was pretty excited to read this book as I enjoy stories related to the syndicate. The story was okay, but pretty far fetched with the main characters falling crazy in love in two days, especially since the main female character was barely 21. I found the sex scenes too frequent and too detailed. I don't mind romantic sex in a book, but this was way beyond that. The story line didn't need it and it didn't add anything.

Realy good book to get back Into reading, was really fast paced from the start the characters were easy to connect with and understand, but felt in some chapters that there had been growth in the MGC that wasn't shown or trama was rushed over, the story while being good felt a little rushed. I don't think this is a book I will read again In future.
In real life i think they will only last 10 years or to there Ist kid Is born.

Wow, what an amazing story. It was fantastic to read and I enjoyed the journey that developed throughout this book. I can not wait to start reading the next book in the series. I really hope that there is a book two.

A first in a new series that'll have you hooked from that first page. Massimo and Madison are two completely opposite people with an undeniable connection. These two go together so well. This story has a slight edginess to it with some action and a little suspense. Overall this is an excellent read.

Spice and Drama
I'm all for a Mafia read and this sure leaves one guessing. And the spice level...yes please.
A little fast paced, but hey, when you know, you know. And these two just knew. I enjoyed their relationship, even if they weren't one of my favorites.
And in the ways of quick reads packed with drama, for sure pick it up!

If you like fast paced, unrealistic romance, and drama filled story; this is the book for you. I do not know how I was able to read this whole story. I guess it had glimmers of hope, but it just felt rushed, dramatic and unrealistic. I don’t think any of the characters were likable. I could have certainly DNF,d this book.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is the mafia romance story between Massimo and Madison. Discoteca brings them together but there is no keeping them apart. He has vowed to claim, protect and care for her from first sight. Her heart may lead to to not only happiness but danger also. The characters were perfect for each other.

Loved this book! Madison is such a fantastic character! Massimo is great to but let’s be real... Madison is the BOMB! This book had it all. Sexy times, sweetness, smoking hot ALPHA Male moments, and action. I am definitely recommending you check this book out if ANY of that sounds good to you!

This is not a dark romance. Antonio meets Maddison, and it is love at first sight for him. Maddison is slower to fall in love with him. There is danger from a rival mafia. I like the Anastasi family life is shown.

I hate saying anything negative but this book is not a stand alone. It’s continued in the next installment. I actually pre-ordered this one but don’t feel compelled to complete the series.

Great start to this series. There’s some edge of your seat spots and then there’s some sexy scenes. Massimo is the complete opposite to Madison but their chemistry is undeniable. What can a broke college student offer the oldest mafia son? What happens will have you wanting more.
