I always find it interesting to read a book written by someone I know. This book is no exception.
David Payne was the pastor of a church my husband and I attended many years ago. He was very supportive and encouraging.
Although most of the events of this story took place after we had moved away from the area his church is in, I was impressed with the honesty of this book.
The book would be a great help to Christians who seem to be doing (and probably are doing) everything right when everything goes horribly wrong.
I recommend this book to anyone who feels that life has stopped working for them.
