An exciting page turner!

This was a gripping book I found hard to put down! It's the first book I've read by this author, but it won't be the last! I was pleased to find an engrossing story full of depth and wonderful characters!

It seemed a lot of research was done in the writing of this book to make the medical references so believable. It is well written and held my interest throughout!

It has almost a fairytale ending making it a true happily ever after read! Definitely recommended!

Awesome read

I loved the storyline and the characters. At times, I felt like I was a part of the story. The author did an amazing job at leaving breadcrumbs throughout the story to heighten the suspense. I highly recommended this book.

Wow. This was an amazing story of Skye Patterson, given up for adaption for all the wrong reasons, abused in foster care, and abandon at sixteen. As a result of the abuse, she suffers for anxiety attacks. She was a little naive, but when in her RIGHT frame mind, this young lady was a smart fighter. Although she was afraid most of the time, she took care of her heart.

Now, Skye has been to hell and back, in the midst of it all she learns to cope with her anxiety, finds peace, love of her life, and her father.

There were times when the author "told" the story, but as a reader I didn't mind, because Sylvia Hubbard is a exceptional storyteller. This was one hell of a novel. I recommend:)

Ms Hubbard is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Skye and Thadeus story was truly a wonderful story. Even with all of her fears and hang ups the one true constant the would not go away was her attraction to Thad Newman. I kinda of got mad at Skye for the way she treated Thad, after she discovered the truth, but I guess it was understandable. The story has all the elements of a great story murder, drugs, prostitution and hallucinations and Ms Hubbard delivered. I would definitely recommend this book.
