Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
I loved this survey over the Old Testament. I’ve always struggled with the OT and loved the NT because I felt like I couldn’t see God’s love and compassion in the Old Testament. But this study helped me see God’s just AND loving nature and that He always keeps His Word.
This was a perfect thematic survey of the OT for a summer study. It had enough depth (but not an overwhelming amount of info). I'll continue with the next book in the series: This is the New Testament.
I really liked reviewing the key themes of each book and key verse. I realized that I have never studied the minor prophets before. But I do prefer studying one book in detail.
Perfect study if you want a survey of the Old Testament. The study clearly shows God’s plan of redemption is the thread throughout Scripture.. so beautiful !
