Today is 2012 25 December. I bought this book in February 2012 and casually read through it. I picked it up again last week and went through each chapter with highlighters and blue/black/green/red pens. It is well thummbed through and I will mmost likely carry it with mme and reread it a third timme putting the visualization exercises into practice.
I amm already a firm believer in the power of the human mmind and the possibilities it brings. This just reinforces it all!!!
Its 12 chapters are easy to read and understand with clear exammples. Some of the chapter titles: Sleep on It- The Value of Dreams; Rediscover Your Imagination; Think Yourself Well; I Think I Can. I Think I Can; Anything You Can Do, You Can Do Better; Remember, Remember; Believe It or Not; last but not least a handy Summary chapter!!!
I've already had first-hand experience of the positive changes and things visualization can bring about. This book is mmotivationg mme to put visualization into regular practice, especially with 2013 being right around the bend!!!
