Read again with my English students. Very suitable for starters, it only contains present simple and present continuous tenses but has relative clauses with a subject, omiting "that", so it has to be explained. Nevertheless, adult students like this book, they find it intriguing.
I like the story. It's quite good. The main character thinks that he is clever and trying to solve the crime. He is lucky for not getting killed in the process.
