Joe & Rosie Wicks 'We are all getting a good night's sleep, thanks to Rosey'
No one can prepare you for the sleep deprivation of having a newborn. The truth is, there is no magic wand - but there is straight-forward, actionable advice that will set your baby on a path towards a settled night's sleep.
Baby sleep guru Rosey Davidson has been helping new parents with sleep for over a decade. She knows first-hand that every baby is different and that no parent needs to suffer with sleep struggles long term.
In this empowering and non judgemental book, Rosey sets out clear, practical solutions to help you make the right sleep decisions for your family. Covering every conceivable challenge that you may encounter in the first year, this is your nurturing guide to the methods that really work.
Whether you are in a fog of sleepless nights or expecting your bundle of joy, let this book be your guiding light, helping you to calmly and confidently navigate your baby's first year.
Refreshingly humanistic approach to baby sleep, blending empathy with practical strategies. The author's gentle methods are easy to implement and deeply considerate of both the baby's and parents' needs, making the sleep training process a more compassionate experience.
This book honestly made the whole process easier. Pro tip - the author is lovely, if you follow her on LinkedIn you can see is very active and always sharing further advice
I downloaded this book while crying at 4am after the 5th wake up of the night from my 8 month old, I read it all in one (with a very well timed trip to the hairdressers) and I already feel empowered, reassured and motivated to try and help me and my family get a better nights sleep, and finally not like the worst mum in the world for not getting sleep right and looking for help!
Im so sad i was really hoping she had some mock baby routines to play around with certain age babies, i was really looking for a guideline of daytime sleep so times ideally when naps should happen going off morning wake up time but instead its just alot of talking...wouldnt reccomend at all really. Everything in the book you can get off her youtube 😩
