This is a book that walks through some interesting information about the life of a Mantis. It includes some of the basic characteristics including different ways that they camouflage, places that you can find them, what they eat, their life cycle, things that prey on them, and what other animals that they compete for food.

This book was pretty interesting and I definitely learned some new things. I think my students would really like it.

I could use it to teach about insects or life cycles. I could even include it in a lesson about the letter M.
