There's much I appreciate about the concepts presented in this book but I also skipped chapters on marriage and parenthood or skimmed. I think the bottom line of the art of hanging loose is not to take yourself too seriously, that we have little control beyond our actions and our reactions and life is too short for bitterness, fear or confusions.
