Anka claims that he began to communicate, through trance-channeling, with an extra-terrestrial entity called Bashar in 1983. The monologues and dialogues with Bashar cover a wide range of topics including human psychology, planetary evolution, metaphysics, and extra-terrestrials. Best Read. It IS my bible! However you put it - Deep-seated beliefs are the operating system. You ARE what you believe, period. Change the beliefs that stifle your growth & true essence, and you can Be, Do & Want whatever your heart's desire!

I enjoyed the concepts that Bashar discusses and shares with us. However, I must admit that I did skip over the portions of the book that focused on ET's and his planet. My focus was to read about abundance, beliefs, manifestations, energy etc.

You ARE what you BELIEVE.
Excellent book.
The reason I ave it for stars is because I didn't like the last couple of chapters which dealt with E.T/UFO's.
The first couple of chapters are GOLD.

TRANSCRIPTS OF DARRYL ANKA’S ‘BASHAR’ CHANNELED ENTITY
The title page explains that this 1990 book is “Material Channeled from an Extraterrestrial by Darryl Anka, Compiled, Edited and Arranged by Luana Ewing.” It further adds, “Material for this book was chosen from various transcripts of taped sessions channeled between 1986 and 1989.”
The Introduction by Darryl Anka explains, “My basic understanding of most channelings is that they are usually the product of an arrangement, an arrangement that is made on some conscious, unconscious or subconscious level between the person you are and another facet of yourself. Or it is an aspect of another consciousness somewhere else in time or space on a different plane. Your life contains whatever circumstances are necessary to get you to remember making such an agreement, and to give you whatever tools and abilities you need to fulfill that agreement, if you still have a mind to.”
He continues, “Bashar does present himself as a member of an extraterrestrial community… Channeling, as Bashar has said, is really only that process of allowing more than your typical day-to-day personality to come through in a free-flowing stream of consciousness in a very creative way… all aspects of channeling… always involve a portion of your own consciousness at least. You are always involved in the process, since it’s coming through you. Your own consciousness may be all that is involved, but it does manifest itself in a number of ways that seem to present other personalities, aside from the one we normally believe ourselves to be… extraterrestrial connection … means .. that a mental connection is made… between another entity who, for the lack of a better term, is also discrete as a personality like we are. Bashar has explained that his ‘people’ have physical beingness; they are not disembodied spirits, but rather a literal race of beings… they are somewhat humanoid, and do have a form that is not too dissimilar from ours…
“I have my own validation for Bashar being who he says he is---because of my [UFO] sightings, because of my experiences, because of unsolicited validations that have come from many different sources…. There is absolutely nothing about their interaction that in any way insists you must believe Bashar is who he says he is. I cannot prove this to you at this time anyway. You must each decide for yourselves whether the data is something you want to use. If you find it works for you, then by all means utilize it. If you fine it doesn’t work for you, don’t worry about it. You will get what you need somewhere else… Whether he is a separate being or not is not really ultimately what’s important. The idea is that whatever is going on here, it represents the idea that all people have an ability to lock into certain states of consciousness within us, and to access information that can be applied in positive ways in our lives.”
In the first chapter, it is asserted, “Do understand that your government is very well aware of our existence---VERY well aware. But because you have created your society in layers that can hide information from other layers, many of your members do not have that data---although many of the mainstream members within your governments do. Quite a number of civilizations have already interacted with your world---among them individuals from our world. Essassani, and from Arcturus and Sirius. And there are the Pleiadians and the Zeta Reticuli. There have been actual physical interactions between members of our society and your government.” (Pg. 6) Later, he adds, “many of your governments actually have in their possession some extraterrestrial space craft. They have been able to derive some theory and technology from these craft in order to make their own, but not fluently.” (Pg. 21)
He explains, “This [Harmonic Wave’ Template is used to predict general trends within groups or societies… The areas in the Template where the circle arcs are farthest apart portray an effect called ‘Polarity Resonance Manifestation,’ where a society manifests a creative form representing the process of growing global awareness and approaching interaction with extraterrestrial beings. This was embodied in the creation of the space drama, ‘Star Trek.’ ‘pa’ represents the year 1967, the year Star Trek was introduced, and ‘pb’ is 1987, when a new edition of Star Trek (The Next Generation) came into being---more accurately reflecting Earth’s growing knowledge of space and the possibility of alien life.” (Pg. 38)
He says of Jesus, “There was the idea of travel to the area of India. We perceive that there was a connection at age 17 and also age 30, approximately. And also a connection in the area you call Egypt. In addition there was the idea of many out-of-body experiences in order to travel to many different places other than those mentioned. Do recognize that what the being was allowing himself to know as his own Godhood, his own Christ consciousness. And he was simply reflecting to you that you can do it too.” (Pg. 77)
He advises, “please remember: every single thing is a CHOICE---EVERYTHING! Yes, you chose to be where you are; you chose to be born. So first and foremost allow yourselves to recognize that you made a decision to be physical. You knew what you were doing when you made that decision. And whether you have conscious recognition of it or not, you still DO know what you are doing.” (Pg. 149)
He predicts, “You will build in your 1990s the beginning, the roots of one interdisciplinary idea or understanding that involves the combining of all political, economic, religious, metaphysical, scientific, philosophical---and every other discipline on your planet. All will be brought together in your 1990s… By the year 2000 you will have begun the basic foundation for what will carry you through as an overall global philosophy for your next one thousand years.” (Pg. 180)
He explains, “Our physiological form is …as follows: we are approximately 5 feet of height… white/whitish-gray skin coloration; very wide upturned eyes. The pupil of our eyes encompasses most of the eye… The males usually have no hair; females generally will have some… In our ancient language, which we no longer use as we are telepathic, our planet is named Essassani… it is our understanding that all beings are made of living light.” (Pg. 188)
He says of Billy Meier, “Billy chose to be one of the vanguards, one of the forerunners who would take the brunt of the ridicule. Many things have become twisted; much of the information is now no longer reliable, because it has been interspersed with false information. But the ice has been broken. The job has been done to some degree, and in a very real way Billy can relax a lot more than he thinks.” (Pg. 265-266) Of the evidence that Meier is a fraud, he comments, “at one point in the contact of the Pleiadians with Billy, when some of the photographs were taken, Billy constructed a model so that photographs of it could be taken to see if there was any difference between photographs of the model and photographs of the real ships. The idea was that it could be proven… because of the difference in quality between the two.” (Pg. 266)
He states, “I am concocted out of all the ideas of the symbology of the channel’s mind. That is how you experience me in your world. At the same time I have my own existence. Although it doesn’t exactly parallel the way it happens for you, in very many ways. I could way that I know you and your civilization are concocted out of MY symbology.” (Pg. 289-290)

Highest source of intelligence on this planet, an Alien talking a lot and answering about every question. Problem is he's way ahead of us and makes it sound like everything is really simple, when we're still really struggling. Can spend a lifetime researching Bashar and his information...it's astonishing.
Tip:Unification is not just all that is, but include the not being and you get the yin and yang, man and woman, a polarity that unifies physics and explains the physical world

Bashar: "All That Is: God; the Creator; Infinite Creation. Using the term 'All That Is' points out that nothing is outside of 'The Creator', including you."... Isn't this the most important message to receive and understand? This book answers the deeper questions that we have about life and reality. It's vitally important to expand our thinking especially in this day and age. I've been a big fan of metaphysics and Bashar's work since 2011. This book reaffirms many of the great teachings I've come across since my personal 'Awakening'. A must read, definitely worth the time.

I read this book in Chinese. I wish it focused more on changing your beliefs and the information associated with that rather than talking about different alien species and Bashar's home planet.

This is now one of the top 5 books I ever read...great book on consciousness/different realities/sacred geometry/channeling/aliens. the book is stellar in every single way and this book is close to perfect in every single way. Great Book on Mysticism and channeling and everything else. I wish I kept it but I had to share the sacred knowledge in there.
