Provides the reasoning for the scope and sequence of culture lessons, with attention to the role of the teacher, the role of the student, the way to combine story and study, with a constant grounding in the purpose of Culture Studies--to help the child ground himself, to help her answer the questions, "Who Am I?" "What is My Purpose?"
