I wanted to puke so much reading it..
Not for the lack of sensible advice (some logical and common sense) but exagerrated examples, style, conflicting advice, terrible (wrong) research result quotes.
If you can put yourself through reading it you may get something out of it but damn it's an awful book and a painful read as a result.
