Molly Summers spends most of her days dreaming about small beach towns and the stories hidden within them, just waiting to be uncovered. Fabulous book! This book is set in Starwood, Nantucket at the North Star Bed and Breakfast. Gertrude the main character is an intriguing character. She's trying to leave the past behind but the pain of her memories sometimes overwhelms her. She also longs to find love again. "She wanted to know love the way she'd imagined it as a young girl. To grow old with someone like branches eternally intertwined." Enter Kris- my favorite character! Full of charm and charisma, he is everything Gertrude needs. Their love story is sweet and romantic! A definite must read!

Truly an amazing book and series. This book, Starwood Magic, will fill your heart with joy. Gertrude has lost her daughter and her husband to storms and she fills her life with many things, so she doesn't have to think about what she has lost. But there is one person, Kris that could change all that, if she can believe in it, the magic of love.
I was given an ARC of this book by the author for an honest review.

boring

Way to many misspellings. Very annoying. The stories are all the same with no difference in the telling of the story.

I am definitely in the minority in my 2-star rating. And I should have known better than to pick up this book. I am not a fan of romance books ... especially if that’s all the book has to offer. This book was just too syrupy sweet for my taste. I thought I would go into a diabetic coma before I got a fourth of the way through the pages. Though I will say that it was a clean romance story. Gertrude’s loss was touching but her attitude irritated me. I admired her son-ion-law and his new wife. Their caring and supportive relationship with Gertrude, and her granddaughter, rescued this book from being a total disaster.
