Very sweet but I wished the stories were longer:(

A .99 ebook that I decided to check out because it was cheap and my attention span has been all flighty lately.

It's OK. The stories are really super quick, which can be both good and bad depending. The thing that really got me, though, was some sloppiness. Things like, "Let his conscious be his guide." Yeah, it's conscience. I know some people don't see that stuff as a big deal, but ignorance only begets more ignorance, and we've got enough of that going around already. So....meh. Like I said, the stories were really quick. I mean, really quick. So there's no getting to know any characters. It's like Melanie Marks wrote this only to give people an introduction to her writing and, let's face it, it's not a great first impression.

These are sweet, quick, romantic stories about the very beginning of maybe. I liked all of the stories, but they all left me wanting more. Wish we could have found out what happened next and the future of the couples…

This was a fun anthology. I have to say though, I’ve read six of Mark’s stories and I kind of felt like the characters are all the same. Just different names and situations. There are four stories in this book, and it did feel like each story was a chapter out of a book. They all ended a bit abruptly and I would have liked a little more. I thought these were cute stories though, I guess I was in the mood for some light teen lit type stories, and these fit the bill.

3 Stars - These are short stories, and by short, I mean very short. I wanted to know a little more about the couples after the declarations of interest. But every single ending was very abrupt. These stories has so much potential, but it leaves a very unsatifying feeling after each story.
