Can’t believe I had not come across this book many years ago. The down to earth story of a high school dropout with an amazing fire in his belly for aviation. A low key autobiography of someone on the front lines of probably the most hazardous occupation ( short of combat) to exist. Written in 1954 his predictions for future aviation are 98% dead center.
An interesting look at Tony LeVier's early life and career. This is an older book and doesn't touch on projects after the 1950s. Still, if you're interested in such things, it's worth the read.
