I'm always intrigued with brain research material (that's written in layman's terms!), and this book was both educational and entertaining! The variety of tests really gave me a mental workout, indeed, and I was eager to see how well I fared on the "balanced brain" side of things.

After a person determines which hemisphere of their brain is dominant, this book provides exercises and activities that stimulate left-brain or right-brain activity, so you can "stretch" the areas of less strength, and work toward a more balanced brain.

I plan on taking some of those ideas and applying them to my classroom students, as well as my own mental "maintenance."
At this moment, my husband is working taking the tests in this book. When he's done, my kids want to take a look at it. They saw how much I enjoyed it, and they want to see how they fare!

Unfortunately, the Bulgarian edition of the book was full of wrong answers, which influenced the final results and thus the correct perception of the book. Might give it another shot in English.
