A temporary trick turned treat that could be the forever kind.
Khloe Bell knows full well that she’s going to regret working for Reed Rothington. She’s heard all the stories of mad shagging on his desk, in the limo, at charity balls, and across the filing cabinets. Yes, she’d heard it all from her dear roomie who has to take leave to visit her sick mum in England.
The problem? Bree needs a job to come back to and Khloe needs rent money. Reed needs a secretary to hold down the fort while she’s gone, but Reed expects a little more than what’s accepted or socially correct from his secretaries. He doesn’t pay them for sex, he pays them to go away when it’s over. No way is Khloe going to board that ship. She’ll file, but there’s no way she’s taking dick-tation.

But like Hemingway said, “Once writing has become your major vice and greatest pleasure, only death can stop it.” So she traded in her cuffs for a full-time keyboard. Entertaining and lighthearted.

TEMPORARY TRICKS WITH AN UNQUESTIONABLY SPECTACULAR OUTCOME!
The novels I tend to purchase are when men of power and money lose complete and utter control of their immensely tight reins. When a singular woman of intelligent wit, who can spar with the likes of them, never revealing her true superiority of not being know as a common wallflower, to be casted aside. All the while, as she comes crashing down into that particular man's well-devised universe, and devastating everything he holds dear, his livelihood, and his heart.
Those are the novels I hold dear to my heart, as I do with this novel written by Ms. DeWylde. She has bewitched me her writing, it's absolutely OUTSTANDING! I'm intoxicated with the characters, and storylines she has created, with NOT just this novel, but also, "How to Lose a Demon in 10 Days!" I will DEFINITELY be purchasing MORE novels by her in the near future!
