Interesting book which demonstrate the importance of the analytics in retail. However, I would recommend it more for retail beginners, as it does not provide a lot of new information and it does not go into a lot of detail of each topic (for example when it covers the Apparel industry). For the beginners, it can be useful as it introduces a lot of retail basic concepts (store types, pricing, loyalty...), and how they are related to the analytics.
