Rudolf Olden fled Germany shortly after the Reichstagsbrand. Via Prag, Paris to England - an on to the USA. The ship was torpedoed with all souls lost.

In the Weimar Republic Olden was a renowned journalist and lawyer - one of Ossietzkys lawyers in the "Weltbühne-Prozess".

He recites from Hitlers Mein Kampf and analyzes Hitlers rise to power - in a way that makes you think that more people should have realized what was coming. Very clearsighted and precise - and almost like a prophesy for things to come.
