Ice Time

Charlie wakes up one winter morning to see the world outside his window transformed. He dresses like a hockey player to go outside where he is joined in skating over the town by dozens of other children having fun. Parents wake up and enjoy their day without entering the children's world. All the children return to Charlie's house where they are treated nicely and fall asleep happy. Then their parents arrive to take them back to their homes.
