This is an ok early reader book. It tells the story of Freckles who is a cat who lives in a big house with lots of people and then one day no one is home when he wants to play. So he goes out to have adventures outside. Then he goes home to find lunch and all his people waiting.
Ok, simple words, not a terribly adventurous story.
