Reading the recipes in this book made my mouth water. I picked it up looking for breakfast ideas hoping there would be some low carb ideas and while there were some the majority is carb heavy, and something a year ago I’d have reveled in. The egg section has some good ideas for low carbs as did the meats section. I love there was a section for beverages too. This is a great cookbook for anyone bored with the same old breakfasts, just very carb heavy, as most American breakfasts tend to be.
