The work of Spanish painter Daniel Verbis challenges pictorial language the way his title challenges the written kind: it pushes the limits, and overruns ordinary frames. Misojosentusojosderramándose, translated literally as "My Eyes Spilling Into Yours," encapsulates Verbis's desire to reach his audience, as well as his exuberance.
