I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "BROKEN" OUTLAW WOLVES series what a wild intense intriguing crazy emotional rollercoaster ride full of danger, suspense, humor, antics, steam, mystery, angst, emotional turmoil, twists & surprises that keeps you turning the pages with a stellar cast of characters you can't get enough of.
Cole Hunter is Boomer's brother things have been difficult since he met his mate Karisama, he's a lone wolf his past has made him think he doesn't deserve love, a mate, he doesn't want anyone to see the darkness inside him, his missions are what keeps him going Thantos sends him to rescue Ireland a 1/2Fae feral shifter who wears a bracelet because of High Fae Council calling her an outcast because of her shifter side that prevents her from shifting into her wolf, Tomas Riker is also wanted by Thantos because he has info he wants, but does in a battle with Retrievers sent by Fae to bring Ireland back, the bracelet Riker wore is what Ireland put on Cole to save his life but now their connected & need to be together.
Cole takes Ireland to the Ridge where Outlaw Wolves are protected by Thantos after being saved by the team after bring attacked by more Retrievers & Fae soldiers at the safe house, Ireland isn't sure who to trust be ayse everything she's been taught about Dark Fae which is what they are because their shifters, but what she learned she finds out was all a lie, can she learn to trust them.
I definitely recommend to get this mind-blowing adventure Cole & Ireland takes you on so much happens we learn alot more about the mysterious Thantos & what he wanted from Ireland & Riker, they have a mission to complete at Bright Fae Council, which could get them killed, will they survive the mission, will Ireland get through to Cole he's her mate no matter what happened in the past she's there for him, you absolutely don't want miss this phenominal we'll written story by this brilliant author love her books.
I can't wait for the next story either Matteo, Cisco or Thantos after that ending so much more to see what's going to happens can't come soon enough.

I've read all of Anastasia Wilde's shifter series since book 1, Fugitive mate. They've come a long way since then. It isn't necessary to read previous books, but it would help to know who some of the characters are. This latest book, about a wolf shifter who is so psychologically damaged by his previous life, before arriving at Outlaw Ridge with his brother, Boomer (explosives expert) that he even kept his name secret, being known only as Boomer's brother. Until he goes on a mission that changes everything. These stories are most definitely for lovers of fantasy who can suspend disbelief enough to get into them. I really enjoy the sense of a loving community, willing and able to do anything for one of their own - or a potential mate of one of their number.
Like all the others in the series, there is a certain amount of graphic sex, which I usually avoid but somehow fits in these shifter world books, the "Claiming" of a mate needing to take place during sex.. The only thing I don't like is the phrase "Lady Parts" and word "Pussy", especially, used to describe a woman's private parts. They strike me as juvenile and offensive. But I enjoy the books enough to pass over and not let them spoil my enjoyment of the whole story. Also swearing, it that is something that bothers a reader. It doesn't feature in my life, but frequently in books, but doesn't put me off personally. I hope Ms Wilde is able to write the next book sooner!

February 9, 2024It has been a while since we have been with the Outlaw wolves and we finally get the story of Boomers Brother or Bro A man so ashamed of his past that he doesn't even want anyone to know his name We find it out in the first paragraph that he is actually Cole Hunter a man so damaged by what the Shifter Special Ops made him do that he doesn't believe he has a soul or that he is lovable. That all comes to a screeching halt when he meets Ireland a fae trapped by magic and always controlled by a protector who at the moment just happens to be Riker, Coles arch enemy. When Riker is killed and Cole has to take Ireland back to the mountain to keep her safe there they find she has a connection to Thanatos's past and yes we finally find out what he is. Soon pland are underway to help Thanatos with a plan he has been hatching for centuries that will also give Ireland her freedom if they can just get Cole to let her in behind the walls he has spent his life building It all comes to a stunning battle that will pit the wolves Thanatos, DB and the red dragons against the Fae who will win You will have to read to see

Known as “Boomer’s brother, Cole, a wolf shifter, was an assassin for the government but now lives in Outlaw Ridge. He is sent on a mission to retrieve a captive held by a former soldier, Riker. He finds them in a sorcerer’s house stealing things out of the safe. Riker is killed and the bracelet he wore comes off. Ireland is a bright fae and her powers only work when she has a protector wearing the bracelet. She is looking for a powerful enough fae that can remove the bracelet from her. But Cole is injured and to keep him from dying, she puts the bracelet on him. It heals him immediately.
Cole takes her back to Outlaw Ridge and the big boss Thanatos, wants them to take him to the bright fae’s realm and help release a fae. They must learn to work together for the power in the bracelets to work.
Loved the story. Action. Sex. Two loners find love with each other.

Now that Boomer’s mated, Cole ‘Boomer's Brother’ Hunter is lonelier and feeling more undeserving than ever. On a solo case, Cole’s task is to keep Ryder from emptying the wizard’s safe and rescuing the woman he’s forcing to work with him. But Cole gets quite the surprise when he catches up to Ryder. The woman, Ireland, is voluntarily working with Ryker and fae retrievers are ready to battle to the death to get Ireland. Cole swoops in at the last minute but it’s too late for Ryder.
Ireland really doesn’t want to leave Ryder but Cole forces her to, then he realizes she was more injured in the battle than he thought. Nursing Ireland back to health and talking to her, Cole quickly learns there’s much more to Ireland than he ever realized!

oh the feels
I love Bro from book one and waited for him to find his happy ever after. When Boomer and Karisma met he seemed even more alone even though he has friends, and family is Boomer. Ireland is just what he needed. A swift kick in the balls to make him realize he is good enough for love and deserves someone who will love him and keep him straight.
This book was so good. Boomer and his craziness are present, Mikey and her tattoo skills. Gunn, broody Sanchez, the whole crew, now who’s next. Cisco, Mateo, Dealer, Dobe…. You knocked another one out of the park lady. Not that I ever doubted you! 😎🤩

Boomers Brother finally gets his story! And what an emotion filled one it is! My heart hurts for Cole and Ireland. Boomers brother has so many big feelings that he has held on to for so many years that it has made him a lone wolf despite being part of a pack. Ireland has been fed lies her whole life and has been made to feel unworthy and apart from everyone due to who her father is. When these two come together, Cole feels things he doesn't know what to do with, and Ireland learns to trust and believe in herself and that she can be wanted.

Book five, we learn more about other characters in this book, looks like the last for now but we still have three characters left from the main characters in this series that still have mates to find, poor hooded guy his story is going to be a tear jerker,he gets her back in this book but very sleeping beauty and him the beast.yet they are not reunited.
I wonder who's series DB will get his story with he shows up in most lately (this series is like season 7 or so)
Oh I did have a huge question who was her parents she was 8 when they put the bangle on? Was dad the wolf? And mum the fae? Why didn't they try to save her?

We meet a new type of creature
Actually, we met two new types: Fae and Thanatos’s type of creature. You’ll just have to wait and read the book. I’m not spoiling the surprise! I was very glad to see Boomer’s Bro finally get a mate of his own and see healing take place. He’s always been one of my favorite characters. This was another rollercoaster ride of emotions, making it both sad and a relief to finish the book and well worth the ride.
As with the previous books, I’d recommend this book and the series to lovers of all things shifter, paranormal, adventure, suspense, romance, and humor. Recommendation: start with the prequel and read the series in order.

It was good to find out some answers.
Bro(Cole)'s past is revealed. Now, it is clearer why he is so broken. Why he doesn't think he deserves to be loved.
Ireland is a fae, but more. She was raised to believe she has a darkness in her and that all dark fae are evil.
Together Cole and Ireland balance each other well.
We finally find out what Thanatos is, what he looks like and what his hidden agenda, this whole time, was.
I hope there is more to come. I would like to see the Sanchez cousins get their mates.

The latest instalment in the Outlaw Wolves series, where we not only get all the action, adventure and chemistry with Cole (aka Boomer’s brother), but we also get more understanding of Thanatos and the overall back story!
It is a great book with all the expected intrigue and sizzle, and as ever Ms Wilde delivers an exciting journey with a fabulous HEA destination. Highly recommend this and all Anastasia Wilde series.

The Outlaw wolves all seem to being finding their mates. With Boomer now mated, Bro is starting to feel like a little alone. However, he doesn't want a mate either. When he rescues Ireland, he didn't know how life changing it would be. I have to say, she was absolutely perfect for him. Their road to a HEA will not be easy. So many things are going on in this book. We also dig a little deeper into Thanatos. Another hit for the series. I received an early copy and this is my honest opinion.

Absolutely engrossing, I couldn’t wait to turn the next page to see what was going to happen.

Cole Hunter was Boomer older brother and they belong to the Broken Outlaw Wolves. Boomer found his mate but Cole thought he was too bad to have a mate and everybody called him Boomers brother. He meets Karisama and is very protective of her and determined to help her. He killed the man that had a bracelet like the one she had. When she told about the High Face Council did they decided to help her rescue a Fae they put in a tomb

I loved it. There is so much in this story. The feel and the emotions it brings out of you too. I love it when Micky also brings in her extended family. They have a way of making the story that much more special. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

This shifter series rocks! It is filled with exciting twists and turns that drew me in and kept me glued to the pages from start to finish. It is a descriptively well written story with exciting characters that I enjoyed reading and connecting with that mad this story hard to put down.

Bro's book is a real gem. Full of the humour we expect from Anastasia, it goes from a deep emotional storyline to bright lighthearted times, that made me laugh out loud!
Everyone is included, and we even have some chara ters from previous books.
Another extremely good book in this series, it was definitely worth waiting for!

Loved this series!!!
Loved this series!!! One of the best series I've read in a while. Awesome characters, kickass heroines, I just love everything about it!!! I was bummed when I thought Broken was the last book in the series. It made my day when she said at the end of Broken that there will be more!!! Thanos and Illyria next PLEASE!!!

She did it again! This is a must read filled with excitement, danger, good against evil with our favorite pack from THE RIDGE, & a real treat to have DB & some of our favorite dragons come together for this amazing story. Ireland has been a real treat and is a perfect fit for Cole. 5 stars!

Adored Cole/Boomer’s Brother’s book !! He and Ireland are a perfect match !! Finding out more about Thanatos was a huge, huge part of the storyline for me and worked perfectly with what Cole and Ireland also needed to have happen. 5✨’s for multifaceted characters and an adventurous storyline.

Loved it!
I love the shifter books Anastasia Wilde writes. This one didn't let me down. It's full of shifters, fae, magic, romance and a happy ending. If you like shifter books, I'm pretty sure you will like Anastasia Wilde books.

It was different than I thought it would be
I found the characters were interesting. I thought this was a wolf shifter book which it was, but with some twist in it. It took me away a while to really get into what this book was really about but once I did I enjoyed it Some what.

Who knew there was so much to Thanatos and his method of madness, I was sad for him. Cole and Rye were perfect for each other from the start. There were so many layers of hurt and pain they carried, only they could heal each other.

Awesome! Broken is a thrilling novel of action, love, and making oneself whole again. You get to learn more about Thanatos…. (No Spoilers). The series is incredible and I hope there will be more books.
