"The goal is for us to get comfortable feeling all feelings so that we can help children feel theirs and understand what their feelings communicate to them. The management of all emotions and moving fluidly between them is the goal. The goal is co-regulation." Ginger's book is geared toward educators, but would be useful for parents and anyone who works with children in any capacity. It is full of helpful information, strategies, and encouragement for adults who want to understand why children behave the way they do and the most effective ways to respond to challenging behaviors.

Ginger’s book should be in the hands of all humans who work with other humans or plan to work with other humans. Ginger has made neuroscience accessible to everyone and the strategies she describes can be immediately implemented.
